1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and FxErvin LLC (“FXErvin”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of this website, the FXErvin mobile applications and the trading-signal service delivered through them. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

We publish trading signals and market analysis. A signal consists of an instrument, a direction, an entry price, a stop-loss, up to three take-profit levels and a risk grade. Signals are information only. We do not manage accounts, place trades, hold client funds or act as a broker, and we do not provide personalised investment advice. 3. Your account

You must be of the age of majority where you live, provide accurate registration details, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Accounts are personal: you may not share, sell or transfer access, and you may not redistribute, resell or republish our signals or analysis to anyone else.

4. Plans, subscriptions and billing

• The Free plan gives access to a limited selection of instruments and is supported by advertising.
• The VIP plan costs $19.99 per month, unlocks every instrument we publish and removes advertising. New accounts may be offered a 7-day free trial.
• All subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms. We never receive your payment details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel through your store account at least 24 hours before the current period ends; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through, under its refund policy. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the corresponding entitlement is revoked.
• Prices may change. A change to the price of an existing subscription takes effect only from the next billing period and only after notice through the store.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror or bulk-download the signal archive or any part of the service.
• Access the API by any means other than our applications, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or entitlement checks.
• Republish, resell or relay signals to third parties, whether free or for payment.
• Interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it to break any law.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice where practical and immediately where necessary to protect the service or other users.

6. Intellectual property

The signals, analysis, articles, lessons, software, design and trade marks that make up the service are owned by FxErvin LLC or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own trading. It grants no other rights.

7. No guarantee of results

We make no representation or warranty that using our signals will be profitable or will avoid loss. Historic results published on this site are not a promise of future performance. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FxErvin LLC is not liable for any trading loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or withdraw features, and may discontinue the service entirely on reasonable notice; if we discontinue a paid service, unused prepaid time is handled through your app store.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published here with its effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
