Privacy policy

FxErvin LLC respects the privacy of its customers and of anyone visiting this website. This policy explains what personal information we handle and how. It applies to current, prospective and former customers alike.

Information we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the service:

• Account details. Your email address, and your name if you choose to provide one. Your password is never stored — only a one-way hash of it.
• Device and app details. Platform (iOS or Android), app version, operating system version and a push-notification token, so that signals can reach your device and so we can support the versions people actually run.
• Usage records. A daily count of requests per account, used to understand retention and capacity. We do not build advertising profiles from it.
• Subscription records. The subscription state reported to us by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your card or bank details.
• Messages you send us. The name, email address and content of any message submitted through the contact form or by email, kept so we can answer you.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and verify your identity when you sign in.
• To deliver the signals and notifications you have asked for.
• To determine whether your account is entitled to free or VIP content.
• To answer your support requests.
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud and automated attacks on the service.
• To meet legal, regulatory and tax obligations.

Trading signals are never sent by email

Signals are delivered exclusively by push notification in the mobile app. We do not operate a signal mailing list, so your email address is used only for account and support correspondence.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses only the storage strictly necessary to make it work — for example remembering whether you prefer the light or dark theme. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies here. The mobile apps may show advertising to free-tier users; that advertising is served by Google AdMob under its own privacy terms, and a VIP subscription removes it entirely.

Anti-spam on this site

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a real browser rather than a script. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser for that purpose; it does not track you across sites.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the processors required to operate the service — our hosting provider, Apple and Google for subscription verification, Firebase for push delivery, and our email provider for transactional messages — and only to the extent needed.

We may disclose personal information where we are legally required to do so: to comply with applicable law, a valid subpoena or a lawful request from a regulator or law-enforcement agency, or where necessary to protect our rights or property.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account at any time from within the app or by writing to support@fxervin.com. On deletion we remove your personal data; we retain only what we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records for tax purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, write to support@fxervin.com from the address on your account.

Age of use

This service is intended for adults. By using it you confirm that you are of the age of majority in your place of residence. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on servers we control. Passwords are hashed with a modern memory-hard algorithm, refresh tokens are stored only as hashes, and administrative access requires multi-factor authentication.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when published here, and the “last updated” date above will change. If a change is material we will say so.
